Capitol Bancorp, Ltd., Lansing, Michigan, filed to acquire Capitol Development Bancorp Limited I, Lansing, and thereby control Bank of Michigan (in organization), Farmington Hills, Michigan. Capitol Development Bancorp Limited I also filed to become a bank holding company and to acquire 51 percent of Bank of Michigan.
Logan Investment Corp., Keokuk, Iowa, filed to become a bank holding company by acquiring State Central Bank, Keokuk.
Metropolitan Capital Bancorp, Inc., Chicago, filed to become a bank holding company by acquiring Metropolitan Capital Bank (in organization), Chicago.
