Minnesota Bankers Association publishes Spanish guide

The Minnesota Bankers Association recently published a pocket reference guide for hankers called "Survival Spanish for Banking & Financial Services." The guide is designed to help hankers communicate more clearly with Spanish speaking customers.
The guide is divided into sections, such as tellers, deposits, lending, mortgage and customer identification. The phrases and cuntt'iit were developed by the MBA's Emerging Markets Task Force and translated by Workplace Languages.
