* Peoples State Bank, UeSmet, S.D., promoted:
Kim Banks to executive vice president. Banks has worked at the bank for 12 years. Previously she worked for a large regional bank In Sioux Kails and Rapid City. Banks has held several positions at the bank from operations officer to senior loan officer. Banks has served on the hank's board of directors since 1998. Banks has a bachelor's degree in economics from South Dakota State University, Brookings.
Mark Hinkley to assistant vice president. Hinkley has been at the hank for almost three years as a loan officer and information technology officer. Prior to coming to Peoples State Bank, he owned and operated his own computer consulting business in Willow Lake. Hinkley has a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a minor in computer science from South Dakota State University, Brookings.
Roxy Jensen to assistant vice president. Jensen has worked at Peoples State Bank for 20 years. Prior to being operations officer, Jensen had been a loan assistant/customer service representative and receptionist. Jensen attended South Dakota State University, Brookings.
* Annette Johnson has been hired by Highland Bank, St. Paul, Minn., as vite president and manager of private banking and cash management. Johnson brings 20 years experience as a branch manager.
* Grand Rapids State Bank, Grand Rapids, Minn. has hired Jill Castilla as vice president-finance. Castilla comes to the bank after nine years with the Federal Reserve Bank.
* Alliance Bank, Lake City, Minn., has hired Paul Kramp as the senior vice president of commercial hanking for its Lake City location. Kamp has 30 years of banking experience. He has a bachelor's degree from South Dakota State University in Bruokings and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
* UMB Financial Corporation in Kansas City, Mo.. has hired Gregory Jerzykhas as executive vice president, director of portfolio management for UMB Investment Advisors. Jerzykhas has a bachelor's degree from Cornell College, Mount Vernon, Iowa and a master's degree from Northwestern University, Evanston, Ill. He has 26 years of portfolio management experience.
* Richard Stiles has joined Ameore Bank, Kockford, Ill., as its executive vice president of the commercial banking group. Stile has an MBA from the Tippie School of Business at the University of Iowa, Iowa City, and he has a bachelor's degree from Knox College in Galesburg. Ill.
* Intrust Bank, Wichita, Kan., promoted Don Johnston to executive vice president for its northeast Kansas region. Doug Gaumer has been name president oflntrust Bank in Law re nee. the position Johnston previously held. Gaumer has a bachelor's degree from Kansas State University in Manhattan.
* First Bancshares, Inc., Mountain Grove, Mo., parent company of First Home Savings Bank, announced James W. Duncan resigned as director of bot h First Bancshares and First Home Savings Bank. Bank and company president and CEO Daniel F. Katzfey will fill those vacancies. Daniel W. Keenan was hired as executive vice president and senior loan officer, and John K. Francka was hired as senior vice president and chief credit officer. Keenan had worked at Heritage Bank of the Ozarks where he was chief lending officer. Francka had worked at Empire Bank where he was a commercial lender.
