* Beacon Bank of Shorewood, Minn., has promoted Pat Neisen to vice president of credit analysis and hired Colette Ingle as vice president of business banking. Neisen has been with the bank since 2004 and has a degree in finance and economics. Ingle has more than 25 years banking experience in the Twin Cities and is a graduate of the University of California-Berkeley.
* Curt Duvall has joined First State Bank of North Dakota, Marion, as president. Duvall graduated from Lake Area Technical Institute, Watertown, S.D.
* U.S. Bank in Fargo, N.D., has promoted Timothy Stokka and Philip Hayes. Stokka graduated from Bemidji State University, Bemidji, Minn. Hayes graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
* Dwight Hintermeister has joined State Bank & Trust in Fergus Falls, Minn., as a real estate lending officer. Hintermeister graduated from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minn.
* First International Bank and Trust, Watford City, N.D., has added Jason Bolluyt to its southwest Fargo office as a credit review specialist. Bolluyt graduated from North Dakota State University, Fargo.
The bank also hired Dennis Nelson as vice president and credit review manager in Fargo. In addition, Kathy Olson has joined the staff of the bank's West Fargo office as a credit analyst. Olson previously worked at Bremer Bank.
* Jay Barker was appointed vice president and regional sales manager of Comerica Bank's financial institutions group. Prior to joining Comerica Bank, Detroit, Barker worked for KeyBank and Fifth Third Bank.
* Scott C. Lockard was named Madison, Wis., area market president of U.S. Bank. Lockard graduated from Augustana College in Rock Island, Ill., and has a master's degree from Ball State in Muncie, Ind.
* State Bank & Trust in Fargo, N.D., has appointed Kyle Hendrickson network administrator/information systems officer. Hendrickson is a graduate of Minnesota State Community and Technical College Moorhead, Minn.
* Rob Ness has been named operations officer for First Dakota National. Yankton, S.D. Rob Ness has a bachelor of finance degree and MBA from the University of South Dakota. Ness' father, Larry Ness, is president and CEO.
* Shelley Anderson and Matt Mueller have joined the staffai Western State Bank in West Fargo, N.D. Anderson, with 22 years banking experience, is customer service manager. Mueller, a business banking officer. graduated from the University of Mary, Bismarck, N.D., and the Dakota School of Banking, Jamestown, N.D.
