BeastMaxx Titanium turnbuckles

Radio Control Car Action, Mar 2003

THE SUSPENSION ON A TRAXXAS MAXX TRUCK CAN TAKE A GREAT DEAL OF PUNISHMENT. but serious tumbles and the rigors of racing can bend the stock turnbuckles. BeastMaXX offers 3.88mm titanium turnbuckles that have been designed to survive the hardest hits. The pivoting BeastMaXX ends are beautifully machined out of titanium, and their captured design makes it impossible for them to pop off in a crash. Adjustments are very easy with the included wrench (it's titanium, too), and jam nuts on the turnbuckles lock in your settings.

We installed these turnbuckles on our TRX 2.5-powered T-Maxx, and even after we had spent the better part of a lunch hour punishing the test truck, the links held their toe settings and showed no signs of the abuse we had put them through. Should the unexpected occur, BeastMaXX backs up these turnbuckles with a lifetime warranty.
