SPX Corp. announced that its Service Solutions business has acquired AutoXray, Inc., based in Tempe, Arizona. David Kowalski, president of SPX Service Solutions, said, "AutoXray is an innovative supplier of automotive diagnostic test equipment and a great fit with our existing, technology-driven line of vehicle diagnostic equipment.
