R. L. O'Connor & Associates, Inc. (RLO) will provide NAPA's wholesale customers with two-day Service Advisor training in 2006. RLO has scheduled nearly 60 dates throughout the U.S. in which its Service Advisor Skills workshop will be delivered. The workshops are available to NAPA AutoCare Centers and other NAPA customers.
RLO has provided business management training to the NAPA AutoCare community since 1994. For the last five years, the company has focused on the development and delivery of Service Advisor sales training workshops and tools. Part of that effort resulted in the creation of RLO's newest division, the Service Advisor Academy.
