CARQUEST, MACS Announce Mobile A/C-Heat Transfer Technician of the Year

CARQUEST and MACS Worldwide joined forces to find the best mobile a/c and heat transfer service technician in the United States and Canada. The winner of the Technician of the Year competition is Tom Massey, owner of Auto Air and More in Las Vegas and Sioux Falls, SD. The runners-up are Douglas Andrew, Jr., owner of Doug's Automotive in Miami, FL, and Tom Gieryic of Gieryic s Citgo in Albany, GA.

In the final competition, held midNovember at the Hendrick Motorsports facility in Charlotte, NC, nine qualifiers tackled a series of mobile a/c service tasks and diagnostic challenges. Massey, Andrew and Gieryic proved to be the best of the best.
