THE CULINARY INSTITUTE OF AMERICA
The only residential college devoted entirely to culinary education. The CIA's Hyde Park, NY campus offers bachelor's and associate degree programs in culinary arts and baking and pastry arts, as well as continuing education courses for food service professionals.
