Original Manikin that Simulates Needs of Babies, The

What's New, Mar/Apr 2003

NASCO offers a range of parenting simulation manikins to fit every budget. NASCO's Ready-or-Not Tot® is a crying parenting manikin. It realistically simulates a baby's varying needs, helps teach teen pregnancy prevention and demonstrates the realities of parenting to students.

Better than an egg baby or flour sack baby, Ready-or-Not Tots® teach students how demanding babies can be 24-hours-a-day. It requires action and tending from the student parent, and teaches proper baby handling and care.

Ready-or-Not Tot® is available in three versions: Basic, Standard, and Enhanced/Drug-Affected. The Basic version is affordably priced (less than $100) to furnish your whole class with simulators at one time. The Enhanced/Drug-Affected version is two manikins in one it demonstrates drug and alcohol addiction or can be used as a regular simulator.

Ready-or-Not Tot® simulators are featured in the 2002 Family & Consumer Sciences catalog. This catalog features the latest family and consumer sciences teaching aids, equipment, and supplies. For 2003, over 750 new items have been added to the 340-page catalog.
