One Hundred Years of World Military Aircraft

Wings of Gold, Winter 2003

>One Hundred Years of World Military Aircraft by Norman Polmar and Dana Bell,U.S. Naval Institute Press, 2062 Generals Highway, Annapolis, MD 21401 (800) 233-8764, www.NavalInstitute.org. Though readers may disagree with the selections by the authors of the "most significant military aircraft" since the Wright Brothers flight of 1903, this is a well written and enlightening volume with plenty of photos, highlighting some of the great flying machines of the past 100 years.
