Alleviate parental anxiety the next time your youth group goes on a trip or retreat by giving parents the complete details on a business card.

You can buy sheets of perforated business cards at any office supply store. Or use the template provided with most publishing and word processing programs. Either mail cards ahead of time, or give them out when parents drop off their kids. Parents can tuck the cards in their purses or wallets and know that the information they need is close at hand.
