HiKIS strategic distribution agreement

SIMI VALLEY, CA-Hitachi Koki Imaging Solutions (HiKIS) has announced the formation of a strategic relationship with All American Distributors to provide distribution of its digital document solution to office equipment dealers across the United States. The new relationship is expected to expand HiKIS' market reach, while maintaining cost efficiencies designed to benefit both dealers and end users in the commercial digital copier and printer industry.
In addition to distribution, All American will provide sales support, on-line dealer support, customer service, and technical assistance. "Our alliance with All American signals a whole new phase of growth for Hitachi Koki Imaging Solutions," said Mike Stramaglio, president and COO, HiKIS. "All American's unparalleled expertise and network of established contacts will allow Hitachi Koki Imaging Solutions to meet the growing demand for our digital solutions, while offering our dealers great new efficiencies in the sales, service, and support of our products."
