PLANO, TX-PFSweb, Inc. has finalized an agreement to provide technology infrastructure and fulfillment solutions to support an undisclosed U.S. Government agency. PFSweb will provide comprehensive services to assist the traditional and e-commerce initiatives of this federal government unit. PFSweb expects its suite of services to generate approximately $20 million in transaction based service fee revenues during the next three years with possible extensions for six more years.

"During the past year, we have worked extremely hard to win this business," said Mark C. Layton, senior partner and CEO of PFSweb. "PFSweb was selected as the technology and logistics partner based on our world class Entente technology and distribution capabilities. This project encompasses a long-term agreement to provide fulfillment, distribution, credit card processing, returns processing, and transaction and web order management through PFSweb's Entente Suite technology for a U.S. Government agency that is currently processing more than three million orders annually."

PFSweb will be providing solutions and services as a subcontractor and is not able to disclose specifics about the contractor or client at this time. Further information will be made available, as it becomes possible.

Additionally, PFSweb has been listed as one of LocalBusiness.com's Dallas "50 to Watch" for the second quarter of the year. The naming of PFSweb to this list is the result of PFSweb's significant growth potential and opportunity within the market.
