Office World News, Sep/Oct 2003 by Ellis, Alicia
I writing this letter having just returned from the S.P. Richards show in downtown New York City and I am happy to report that the dealer community is alive and well and thriving all across these great United States.
Almost the entire Office World News crew came out to the show to support the dealer channel, check out the latest products available to S.P. Richards dealers and network with manufacturers and dealers about how we can better serve the office products industry.
The only difficult thing about having a tradeshow in New York City is that space is at a premium, forcing the exhibitors to be spread across three large exhibit floors. So it was with blisters on my feet and a smile on my face that I headed back home to the Jersey Shore after three long days.
I take back with me, in addition to a large supply ol product information, new insight into the dealer market, new ideas about how to build upon Office World News' existing editorial lineup, and most of all a renewed faith in the industry. The manufacturers, wholesalers, and dealers, who are committed to the channel, will continue to promote, guide, and support the industry with new products, services, and opportunities.
Office World News will be there with a full editorial schedule to help guide your strategic decisions, more new product introductions each issue than any of our competitors and niche markets to introduce new opportunities for dealers to succeed in business.
We' re also planning a special supplement early next year, covering the entire office furniture market. This office furniture supplement will explore the opportunities, markets and trends affecting dealers.
This month's Office World News is a content- packed issue with articles on everything from furniture to paper, tradeshow preview and reviews, and all the products and the software you could possibly need.
If there is something you would like to see in Office World News that we haven't covered yet, shoot me an e-mail at editor@imagingnelwork.com; I'm always open to suggestions.
P.S. I just wanted to say thanks to 3M, makers of Nexcare band aids for the never-ending supply throughout the show. I couldn't have made it without you.
