WestFarm Foods - John Underwood has been named president and chief executive officer of the Seattle-based company.
Yarnell Ice Cream Co. - Jim Fink has been named executive vice president in charge of manufacturing, accounting and information services for all business units of the Searcy, Ark.-based company.

Sheldon Spratt has joined as key account manager for the central United States. Jeff Murphy has been promoted to commercial director of agricultural products in North America for the Des Moines, Iowa-based company.
U.S. Flavors & Fragrances Inc. - Dana Van Eden has joined the Wauconda, Ill.-based company as senior beverage scientist and Ketan Shah has joined as senior flavor chemist.

Institute for Environmental Health (IEH) - Dr. Robert Reinbold has joined the Lake Forest Park, Wash.-based research and consulting organization as dairy technologist.
