Library Spot is a resource center for anyone exploring the Web for research information. The site features encyclopedias, dictionaries, calculators, maps, statistics, phone books, quotations, and other information sources. It also includes Reading Room, a list of links to book, journal, and magazine sites; Libraries, a gateway to more than 2,500 libraries around the world; and Special Stacks, a collection of how-to articles on conducting research, developing lesson plans, and writing research papers with the use of the Internet.
