Advanced Battery Technology, Jun 2005
China Digital Communication Group, one of the fastest growing battery component production companies in China, has entered into a contract with Gao Yi Electronics Co., Ltd. for the delivery of battery shells. The purchase price for the products is approximately US$2.36 million.
Yi Bo Sun, China Digital's chairman and CEO, commented, "We are fully on track with our guidance and the contract with Gao Yi is evidence of the execution of our current business plan."
The company is currently restructuring its communication channels in order to be more directly available to its shareholders.
