When the restoration of this extremely rare Bristol 156 Beaufighter XIC (G-DINT) is complete, the aircraft will be the world's only airworthy example. Using some parts from as far away as Australia, the Fighter Collection engineers at the Imperial War Museum (Duxford, Cambridgeshire, England) have made considerable progress, but that first flight is still several years away.
