KAPLAN IS NEW NAHF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

ON APRIL 1,2005, THE National Aviation Hall of Fame (NAHF) board of trustees appointed Ron Kaplan its executive director. During Kaplan's seven-year tenure with the NAHF, he held the posts of development director, marketing director and deputy director. He was named interim executive director in December 31, 2004, when former executive director Mike Jackson retired.
Kaplan, 46, a native of Columbus, Ohio, attended Ohio University and worked for 18 years in the graphic arts industry. A contributing editor to Flight Journal magazine and an artist member of the American Society of Aviation Artists, Kaplan is also an award-winning photographer and member of the USAF Art Program.
