New CD-ROM screensaver features famous racing aircraft

WarbirdAeroPress.com has produced three new Kings of Speed computer CD-ROM screensaver and wallpaper photo collections for air racing enthusiasts. Each of three collections has up to 200 photos of Unlimited air racers spanning the years between 1946 to 2001. Such a wide-ranging collection of air racing images has never been offered.

Each of the three computer programs provides a customizable screensaver for Windows-based computers as well as images for desktop wallpaper. Machines need to have a mouse, a 486 or better processor, and up to 100 mb of free disk space. Screen resolutions should be 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768.

The photographs that make up the screensavers are part of the Warbird Aero Press collection and cover Thompson, Bendix, Kendall, and Tinnerman Trophy races right up to the ill-fated 2001 Reno National Championship Races.

Volume One is Kings of Speed Modern Unlimited Air Racing and covers Reno and Phoenix from 1981-2001. Volume Two is Kings of Speed Classic Unlimited Air Racing and covers Reno, Mojave, Boulder, and Fox Field races from 1964-1980. Volume Three is Kings of Speed - Cleveland Racers and covers the 1946-1949 Cleveland National Air Races.

Each CD-ROM is $15.95 plus $2.50 shipping and handling. Orders can be accepted via regular mail with a check or money order (made out to Scott Germain) at 4544 E. Wildwood Dr., Phoenix, AZ 85048 or via PayPal at www.WarbirdAeroPress.com.
