CLASSIC AIRCRAFT NEWS BRIEFS

At Kissimmee, Florida, Stallion 51 has announced the arrival of TF-51D Crazy Horse 2. This aircraft, N351DT, was originally restored to award-winning status by Peter and Richard Lauderback for Dick Thurman as Kentucky Babe. Dick has always had a deep appreciation for the Mustang and its contributions to our history. He wanted his Mustang and the heritage it represents to reach more people than it would in private hands. N351DT will be flying with its older brother, Crazy Horse, until after the Gathering of Mustangs and Legends at Reno, Nevada. After this, Crazy Horse will go into the shop for a complete restoration and Crazy Horse 2 will take its place until the restoration is finished.
