Effective December 11, 1998 M. Serge Pesant A/Executive Director of the association, since November 1996 will be leaving the association to pursue a career in his native city of Montreal. I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of myself and the entire association to thank Serge for his excellent work in managing the National Office with virtually no staff and with a very limited budget, Good luck to Serge in his new endeavours!
