Aboriginal Nurse, The, Summer 2003
It is a pleasure to welcome Susan MacDonald, Executive Assistant, to our team at the A.N.A.C. head office. Our organization will no doubt benefit from her many years of varied work experience. Susan has worked as a supervisor with Canada Post, book-keeper, long-haul truck-driver (mid-life crisis!), data centres (CIBC, Revenue Canada) to name but few. Susan is a graduate of Algonquin College with an Honours diploma in Business & Commerce Clerical (Accounting).
It is a pleasure to welcome Natasha Pettier, who will also be joining our team this summer. Natasha completed her Licensed Practical Nurse training from Algonquin College in November 2002 and has applied to several universities to start a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree program in the fall of 2003. Upon completion of her nursing education, Natasha would like to return to her home community, Wikwemikong, Ontario, to work as a registered nurse.
