Adjunct clinical assistant professor Dr. Marge Drugay recently did a presentation at the first joint meeting of the American"Society on Aging and the National Council on Aging held in New Orleans, Louisiana, March 8-11, 2001. Dr. Drugay's presentation, "Designing Our Future: Blueprints for Understanding the Messages of the Media," examined images of aging in the print media and was attended by an overflow crowd.

Dr. Judy Berg was invited to present at the 26th Annual Primary Care Update held March 21-24, 2001, at the Westward Look Resort in Tucson, sponsored by the College of Medicine and the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the Arizona Health Sciences Center. The title of Dr. Berg's presentation was "Integrative Therapies in Midlife and Women's Health."
