Former Alberta RN named to B.C. top 50 intellecturals lists

Janet Storch, former dean of the University of Calgary nursing faculty, has been listed among the top public intellectuals in British Columbia. Storch was cited number 21 in the Vancouver Sun's list of the province's 50 top thinkers. The Aug. 25, 2000 feature refers to the University of Victoria director of the school of nursing as a prominent nursing expert who specializes in health care ethics and has worked with the B.C.
government to solve the province's nursing shortage problem.
