Online course focuses on Canadian privacy basics

"Privacy Acts in Canada and the European Union" is one of four modules that comprise ARMA Inter-national's Privacy Basics Exposure Series, available at http://armalearningcenter.org. This module focuses specifically on the foundational privacy acts in both Canada and the European Union. Enroll for this module only or for the entire series to gain a fuller understanding of the business issues surrounding privacy, thus preparing you to play the pivotal role RIM professionals must play in this area.
Each module includes interactive learner activities and a final exam and certificate of completion, and each has been pre-approved for 2.0 maintenance credits by the Institute of Certified Records Managers.
