Kodak Announces Availability of New Desktop Scanners

Eastman Kodak's (www.kodak.com), two new desktop scanners, the Kodak \30 and i40 scanners, are now shipping. Bundled with the i30 and i40 scanners, is Kodak Capture Software 6.5.
The Kodak scanners offer color and black-and-white images for small offices or workgroup applications. The i30 simplex scanner, with speeds up to 25 pages per minute, and the i40 duplex scanner, with speeds up to 50 images per minute, both feature a 50-page capacity automatic document feeder, multi-feed detection, autocrop and deskew, and color dropout for forms processing. With Kodak's Perfect Page with (Thresholding, both models automatically adjust to all document types and conditions.
