AnyDoc and Image Integration Team to Offer Advanced Data Capture

Automated capture solution provider AnyDoc Software (www.anydocsoftware.com) has partnered with Image Integration Systems (HS - www.iissys.com), a transaction-processing, imaging and document workflow solution provider. The partnership will incorporate AnyDoc products, including OCR for AnyDoc, as the front-end to US' DocuSphere business process improvement software, offering an end-to-end accounts payable (A/P) processing solution.

As documents and forms are scanned, OCR for AnyDoc captures and delivers data to MS DocuSphere workflow and DocuSphere Content Manager software, which manages documents and business processes in ERP-based environments such as J.D. Edwards/PeopleSoft (now Oracle) and SAR As customers need dictates, MS will also integrate AnyDoc's suite of solutions for industry-specific document types and AnyDoc INVOICE (for accounts payable invoices), which has applications in many industries.

The relationship began with a joint implementation of a document capture and workflow solution. The two companies collaborated on a project with the European division of a billion-dollar manufacturer of industrial products. The customer required a standardized and enterprise wide process where invoice documents from manufacturing and regional facilities are centrally received, then routed for management review and approval prior to processing by the ERP system.

"IIS expects the partnership with AnyDoc to be a tremendous asset to our customers, who are looking for the best solution to accurately capture key A/P data as it arrives, manage it through the workflow approval process, and submit it to the ERP system with a minimum of manual effort," said Bradley White, president of Image Integration Systems. "The combined IIS/AnyDoc solution will reduce an organization's cost per transaction because fewer people are required to input data at every stage, and the information can travel through the entire process far faster than before."
