Aldo A. Zagonel is a doctoral student in the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy, at the University of Albany, State University of New York. He is interested in the use of Systems Thinking and System Dynamics in the analysis of public policy. His current research draws upon "Group" Model Building, a method in which a team of facilitators does model building and simulation live in front of the client-group. Donna L. Silsbee is a doctoral student in the Information Science and Policy Program at the University at Albany, State University of New York. Donna is also an Associate Professor and Director of the Health Information Management Program at the State University of New York Institute of Technology at Utica/Rome. She received a M.S. in Management Science

(Human Resources emphasis) from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a B.S. in Mathematics from the University at Albany. Donna's primary research interest is the human factor in protecting the privacy of medical information.
