A 69-year-old female patient presented with a right gaiter wound of 2 months" duration. The wound was exuding heavily and had most recently been dressed with TIELLE Hydropolymer Adhesive Dressing. The patient was switched to TIELLE PLUS Hydropolymer Adhesive Dressing and managed for 28 days. Average wear time was 3 1/2 days. There was a 51 % reduction in wound size.
