CAN'T FIND INFORMATION ABOUT TOMLEE JOINTER

Chronicle of the Early American Industries Association, Inc., The, Jan/Feb 2004 by Bryan, David

This e-mail inquiry falls outside the scope of most of our collecting and research interests, but perhaps there is someone who might be able to help nonmember David Bryan:

I have acquired a benchtop jointer from my father made by the Tomlee Tool & Engineering Co. of Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is a 4-inch jointer, model No.55.1 cannot find any information on this tool whatsoever. This tool is probably dated around 1950-1960. Any kind of information or direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time!
