Industri-Matematik International Corp. has announced VIVALDI Portal, its new Internet software designed to enable companies to share relevant supply chain and service information with employees, customers and suppliers. The VIVALDI Portal capabilities can help companies better leverage the Internet to improve supplier collaboration and customer relationships.

The portal software provides unified access across the entire VIVALDI software suite, which includes customer relationship management (CRM), fulfillment, order management, replenishment and warehousing capabilities, as well as access to third-party supply chain systems. The portal software presents a consolidated view of order, inventory, sales and shipping information across multiple business units, locations, currencies and languages. This information can be configured for different user groups and personalized to individual user requirements. With the portal, information is accessible from Web browsers, Java-enabled applications and handheld and wireless devices, including pagers and mobile phones. Developed with an object-oriented design that employs Java and Java Server Pages (JSP) technologies, VIVALDI Portal software can be accessed at any time via the Web.
