GWI integrates with Microsoft CRM

GWI Software, a provider of help desk solutions, recently announced the immediate availability of the integration between c.Support for Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Business Solutions CRM, a customer relationship management solution from Microsoft Business Solutions. Included in the current version of c.Support is a configuration option that allows Microsoft CRM users to create incident reports by looking up customers from the Microsoft CRM database and synchronizing the support and customer details, Microsoft CRM, together with c.Support, can help provide an expanded support capability that will enhance customer service and improve customer satisfaction.

c.Support is a help desk and customer service application developed using the Microsoft .NET Framework. The current release delivers a solution which is integrated with Microsoft CRM. GWI states that the ability to easily integrate applications in this way is a key benefit of the .NET platform and provides Microsoft CRM users with a proven methodology for managing, tracking and measuring all of their support activity. A configuration option creates the two-way link that will synchronize customer information in Microsoft CRM with support records in c.Support. c.Support for Microsoft Windows Server is currently available and allows support organizations to coordinate, manage and track everyday support activity as well as more complex workflows that involve several people or departments and interdependent tasks. Other features include knowledge management, asset management and tracking and self-support.
