Soffront awarded GSA contract

Customer Inter@ction Solutions, Jul 2003

Suffront Software, Inc., a supplier of end-to-end CRM solutions, has announced that its software, Soffront CRM, is now available under the United States General Service Administration (GSA) schedules program. Soffront's GSA contract was signed to make it easier for the Federal Government to purchase Soffront CRM software and maintenance services.

As the Federal Government's purchasing agent, the GSA sets guidelines for government purchases and oversees buying and acquisition processes. The GSA contract allows the Federal Government to purchase Soffront CRM software at a pre-determined price. The GSA lists products in an electronic catalog where the government buys directly, eliminating competitive bidding and greatly simplifying the acquisition process. The GSA contract award is the culmination of a detailed process that involves due diligence, including referral checks.
