Envision Launches Business Consulting Group

Envision Telephony, Inc., a provider of business solutions for the contact center and the enterprise, has announced its new business consulting service, designed to help companies achieve a maximum return on their technology investment by providing interactive, results-oriented sessions for tackling real-life contact center challenges.

As well as offering customized business consulting, Envision will offer a complete menu of on-site programs to evaluate, improve or redesign quality programs, benchmark coaching efforts, as well as evaluate ways to utilize business intelligence to improve contact center and enterprise performance.
