Ash Morgan is Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Marketing and Economics at the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida. John C. Whitehead is Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina.
Timothy C. Haab is Associate Professor in the Department of Agricultural, Environmental, and Development Economics at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.
