George R. Parsons is Professor in the College of Marine Studies and Department of Economics at the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware. Ash Morgan is Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Marketing and Economics at the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida. John C. Whitehead is Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina.
