OBITUARIES: R. Paul Mueller

The Rev. R. Paul Mueller died February 15, 2004, of a heart attack. He was 64 years of age.
Mueller was born December 9, 1939, in Springfield, Massachusetts. He received a B.A. from Central Connecticut State University and an M.Div. from Andover Newton Theological School.
Mueller was ordained in 1988 by the Unitarian Universalist Society East in Manchester, Connecticut. He served as minister at the Unitarian Society in East Brunswick, New Jersey, from 1989 until his death.
He was formerly chairman of the East Brunswick Clergy Council and taught church history at Moravian College, New Brunswick Theological Seminary, Drew University, and Union Theological Seminary.
Mueller is survived by his wife of 38 years, Margaret Mueller, a son, a daughter, and three grandchildren.
