Polytec Appoints Manager

Polytec, Inc. has recently hired Jim Nieters as the Midwest Sales Manager for their new regional office in Detroit, MI. The additional office was established to hotter serve all of Polytec's customers in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Ontario, Canada and to specifically address the needs of the automotive industry in the region.

Mr. Nieter's broad technical background encompasses vibration test, measurement and analysis work in aerospace & defense, automotive, petrochemical, machine tool, construction, transport and packaging industries. Prior to joining Polytec, Inc., Mr. Nieters worked with several instrumentation suppliers including Brüel & Kjær, Head Acoustics, Heim Data Recorders, Dactron and Mueller-BBM.
