Anacomp selected by Bowe Bell & Howell to provide service on scanners

Anacomp, Inc. has been chosen by document scanner manufacturer Bowe Bell & Howell Scanners to provide nationwide service coverage for end-user imaging installations.

The selection is part of what is described as "a comprehensive program to increase service quality standards for Bowe Bell & Howell scanner owners". As one of five nationwide Bowe Bell & Howell Authorized Service Providers, Anacomp has met the rigorous requirements necessary to maintain uptime at scanner installations. Anacomp will offer post-warranty service on Bowe Bell & Howell's Copiscan 8000 Spectrum Series, Copiscan 8000 Plus Series, Copiscan II Series and FB Series scanners.

A variety of paper-intensive industries, including financial services, government, health care, transportation, service bureaus, legal and accounts payable, use Bowe Bell & Howell scanners to capture and process documents. Imaging applications are often essential to the end users' business and customer service operations and therefore require prompt, proficient service arrangements.
