Silver Dollar To Host Super Street Event

Georgia's Silver Dollar Raceway has moved the Super Street portion of its National DRAGSTER Challenge race to Saturday, Oct. 23, because of the rescheduling of the final Division 2 NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series event of the season. The class will be contested during the track's final CSR Super Street Series event of the year and will feature a guaranteed $500 purse for the winner. Other National DRAGSTER Challenge classes will be contested Oct. 30-31, giving Super Street racers an opportunity to compete for a Wally before the divisional event.

The Super Street entry fee is $50; spectator and crew fee is $10. A test-n-tune session will be held Friday from 6 to 10 p.m. Participants are welcome to stay overnight.
