Describes the author's 9-stage approach that is flexibly tailored to individual patients suffering with performance anxiety (e.g., stage fright, music, acting, interviews).

His approach includes reframing the past, future progression, creation of a positive anchor and a negative anchor, imaginal rehearsal, dealing with judges and examiners, and dealing with a preoccupation with the audience.
