TRAFFORD PUBLISHING joins efforts with the The First Peoples' Cultural Foundation to produce on-demand primer books in several Aboriginal languages. Of the some 6,500 languages currently spoken around the world, an estimated 90 per cent of them will be extinct by the end of the 21st century. This on-demand effort will allow First Nations communities to produce their own range of books in their own languages.
Future work is planned to develop an alphabet primer, books on conversational phrases and dictionaries.
