NUR MACROPRINTERS reports selling its 500th Salsa series wide-format printer, the Ultima 3200, to a screen printer in South Holland, Illinois. NUR is expected to introduce mid-range Ultima production printers later in the year. "We've come a long way with the NUR Salsa product line since our purchase of the former Salsa Digital's assets in 2000," said NUR's vice president of marketing, Ron Michael.
"We've made many enhancements to the base system over the years, including embedding many of the technologies we pioneered in the NUR Fresco series."
