DATAMARK SYSTEMS GROUP acquired the assets of Sheraton Business Forms and Sheraton Label, which print, manufacture and distribute business forms, self-adhesive labels, ribbons, roll products, commercial printing and document management services. The company, with offices in Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver, last year had annual sales of $9.5 million.

Datamark will build a presence in Western Canada around a national strategy. Datamark's existing entities include Datamark Systems, Proforms and Les Impressions Intra-Media Inc.
