Dr. John A. Kline is a nationally and internationally recognized inspirational and motivational speaker. Dr. Kline received his Bachelors Degree in Speech and English from Iowa State University and his Masters and PhD degrees in Speech Communication from the University of Iowa.

Dr. Kline taught at the University of New Mexico and the University of Missouri-Columbia before accepting a teaching position as a civilian professor at the United States Air Force Air University in Montgomery, Alabama. He retired from that position in 2000 after 25 years, 10 of them as Provost.

Presently, Dr. Kline is Professor and Director of the Institute for Leadership Development at Troy State University (Alabama).

Dr. John A. Kline has had a distinguished and highly successful career in leadership positions. Prentice Hall has published two of his books. His textbooks are used throughout the Air Force and Department of Defense.
