1. "Cultural Assessment of Koreans" - This is a brief overview of Korean culture particularly within the healthcare milieu. It includes helpful hints for nurses providing nursing care for Koreans.

2 "Selective Serotinin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs)" - This activity is an overview of SSRIs. It includes nursing management, indication for use, side effects, and contraindications. 3. "Law and Ethics for Nurses" - This activity is intended to improve the best practices in nursing. It is based on morals, values, and integrity as the foundation of nursing care.

4. "Complimentary and Alternative Therapies" - This activity explores the many dimensions of alternative and complimentary therapies.

The course consists of textbook and open book evaluation questions. It may only be obtained by contacting the ASNA office.

5. "Compassion Fatigue" - This activity looks at the increasing problems of nursing having compassion fatigue. It provides a list of symptoms and preventive measures.

6. "Substance Abuse in the Older Adult" - This activity explores the relationship between substance abuse and aging. It discusses the issue from the point of view of health care providers and older individuals.

7. "Diabetes Mellitus: Care & Control" - A Review and Current Update" - This is a comprehensive review of Diabetes Mellitus. It is not only a review but also an update on current developments in the field.

8. "Fibromyalgia" - This course is an overview of Fibromyalgia with an emphasis on personal management.

9. "Colorectal Cancer" - This course is a comprehensive overview of colorectal cancer.

10. "Basic Ground Rules for Alabama Nurses" - This course is an overview of the Alabama Nurse Practice Act and the Alabama Board of Nursing Administrative Code.
