* Districts will be competing by collecting Campbell Soup Labels for an Alabama School of Nursing-see web page for details

* Set up your district meetings for the year. Send them to lorilioce@comcast.net and we will post them on the website for new and "lost" members.

* As Membership Chair, I would really appreciate receiving a copy of newsletters from your districts to stay informed. Please add me to your mailing list: Lori Lioce, 5803 Macon Drive, Huntsville, Alabama 35802.

* New National Focus on Hypertension. ASNA urges you to implement a Blood Pressure Screening at a local school or in your community. There is growing concern over pediatric and adult hypertension. Please share your results with us.

* The Membership Committee would like to attend a meeting in your district. Please let us know which meeting this year will be most useful to you.

* New Membership Categories have been APPROVED. Please begin recruiting ALL nurses.
