Dear Marvin,

So you like to do funny tricks. I like to do lots of tricks, too! Hey, tell Whatson that I love reading. Also, tell Puck and Sisyphus that I have two great best friends! And tell Plush Pottom to cool it down with the rules! Also, I have a stuffed raccoon that looks just like you.

Patrick, age 9

Texas

Dear Patrick,

I told Plush to go read a book. Maybe she'll forget about the rules (for a while). A stuffed raccoon that looks like me? The more Marvins, the more fun. And tricks!

Marvin

Dear Ask,

I love your magazines. I really like snakes. Could you make an issue on snakes? My favorite kinds of snakes are king snakes. We have one as a class pet.

Courtney M., age 7

Delaware

Dear Courtney,

Bot and Bone Pony are collecting data on snakes. I wanted to help, but I personally find snakes intimidating. (Did you know that some snakes eat eggs-and even baby birds? Horrors!)

Elvis

Dear Marvin,

You are my favorite character in Ask My favorite issue was the dog issue. I'm going to get Ask for my child when I grow up. I have two cameras, a digital and a film camera, so the book from the photography issue will help. Have you tried hand buzzers on Plush Pottom? Or dressing up as a ghost? Maybe you should try them sometime.

Love,

Arielle B., age 7

Florida

Dear Arielle,

Actually, I was thinking of borrowing that king snake from Courtney's class. Of course, I would just "show" it to Plush Pottom. (Do you think she'd be scared?)

Marvin

Dear Ask,

I loved the dog issue! How did you know I love dogs? Your magazine is the best.

Luca H. C., age 8

Illinois

Dear Luca,

Dogs are lovable-especially small mechanical ones. And, I knew you loved dogs because Bone Pony told me this fact. She knows (almost) everything.

Bot
