Fujitsu Computer Systems Corp. has been launched as the newest addition to the Fujitsu family of companies in North America. The newly formed company is the result of the combined resources of Fujitsu PC Corp., Fujitsu Technology Solutions Inc. and some functions of Fujitsu IT Holdings. Toshio Morohoshi has been named president and chief executive officer.

Headquartered in Sunnyvale, Calif., Fujitsu Computer Systems is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fujitsu Limited committed to the design, development and manufacture of advanced computer systems and managed services for the business enterprise. The company offers a complete line of mobile and desktop computers, scalable and reliable servers as well as managed and professional services.

"For Fujitsu, the time is right to integrate its comprehensive IT solutions for the enterprise," said Morohoshi.
